What We Do

WitnessCARES, LLC offers innovative services to health insurers and medical practitioners to optimize clinical services. "Gaps in services" hurt patients and aren't cost-effective. We provide crucial services for insured patients to access screening services, reducing costs for servers and increase metrics by reducing those gaps in care. 

Currently, WitnessCARES is investigating known predictors of behavior change for colorectal cancer screening. We build social health capital to optimize access to and use of quality clinical services.

Behavioral interventions

Patient navigation increases screening rates among minority and Medicaid populations by addressing the logistic, personal and sociocultural barriers to screening colonoscopy.

PRedictive Technology

Predictive algorithms and assessments based on validated metrics determines which clients are most likely to accept and obtain screening.

Experience

For the past 25+ years our team has developed successful interventions to improve cancer screening in 20 states. WitnessCARES' model was developed from The National Witness Project.

 

 

Building Social Health Capital

Evidence-based, comprehensive, culturally-appropriate assistance services and communication improves and optimizes access to and use of quality clinical services. WitnessCARES is a personalized service for patients that improves metrics and cost-effectiveness access for health providers and health insurers. We continue to invest in and build social health capital among all our partners.
